    Working out five times a week, working on mobility with strength and cardio.

    It is important to be mentally tough and trying to do well in tough situations.

    I eat clean, mix of protein and carbs and healthy food.

    It came through my father, he is very keen on the game.

    I give all my time to family once i am done with practice or games, mostly evening are for family.

    Spending good time with family and getting back to the game helps me focus better.

    Try and stay calm.

    I feel very bad if i loose a game or if i don’t do well, i try to come back strong and to do the game.

    It made me more responsible, made me mentally touch, made me stronger physically.

    Yes, Loud music or item numbers.

    They said they are with me in every step of life.
